Voice Over Site Contract

This Contract is entered into by The Harris Creative Group (HCG) and _______________________________________________________, hereinafter known as "Client". Under the terms of this agreement, HCG agrees to store a sample of client's voice (to be provided by client in either cassette, DAT or digital .wav format) of up to 20 seconds in length on their internet storage site for purposes of public access and retrieval by prospective casting agents, producers or their representatives.

The fee for this service shall be $35.00 as a one-time fee for digitizing, resampling, storage and indexing. Samples running longer than 20 seconds in length, but not more than 30 seconds in length will be stored for a one-time fee of $50.00. Samples shall remain on the site for a period of six (6) months, after which they can be renewed for a $15.00 fee, or replaced for the same fee structure as that described for the original sample and storage fees.

If Client maintains their own ftp or web site and wishes HCG to simply establish a "link" to the appropriate file on the remote site, the charge for establishing the link and index shall be a one-time fee of $25.00.

In addition, client shall be required to renew their 'account' on the website for the original contract amount after each successful booking gained from exposure resulting from the efforts of HCG. Payment for reinstatement shall be due 10 days after receipt of payment by Client. HCG retains the right to remove any samples and listings for Client if payment is not received in a timely fashion.

HCG agrees to publish periodic updates on site information to appropriate internet newsgroups and via fax to multimedia production companies that can avail themselves of these services. Updates will be broadcast as new samples are added and HCG deems it appropriate to update the industry.

HCG agrees to promptly notify Client of any inquiries.

HCG shall not imply or infer any representation of Client as an agent.

Client agrees to inform their agent of this agreement and make necessary arrangements for prompt follow-up with prospective casting agents / producers.

Client shall make no attempt to indicate any representation of HCG.
